Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services Ltd in Lurnea NSW is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to contribute to the growth and development of children aged 0–6 in a brand-new facility opened in 2026.

You will develop high-quality curriculum, build positive relationships with children and families, and support our Catholic identity. Enjoy a rostered day off every four weeks and onsite staff parking. A valid First Aid, WWCC, and GECCKO training are required.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Cert III in ECEC required.
• First Aid certificated approved by ACECQA.
• Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm certificate.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• National child safety training (GECCKO).
• Understanding of National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality curriculum responding to children's interests and needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families and team.
• Support the organisation’s Catholic identity, policies and procedures.
• Promote rostered day off every four weeks for staff wellbeing.
• Utilise novated leasing and EAP benefits as available.
• Assist and participate in center operations with a focus on quality care.

• Early Childhood Cert III Approved Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
