Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services (SCECS) is hiring a Full-Time Diploma Educator to lead the Nursery room at our new 62-place centre in Matraville, NSW. You will deliver high-quality education and care aligned with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

As a qualified Early Childhood Educator, you will develop curriculum, build positive relationships with children and families, and support our Catholic identity and policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid Certificate approved by ACECQA with emergency asthma management and anaphylaxis.
• Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm Certificate.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Completed GECCKO national child safety training; register GECCKO.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Early Childhood Diploma Approved Qualification or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current First Aid Certificate Approved by ACECQA: Includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management, and anaphylaxis.
