Job summary

McDonald’s Australia is seeking a maintenance team member to uphold the cleanliness of the restaurant both inside and outside, ensuring a ready-to-trade environment each day. The role emphasizes high attention to detail, autonomous work, and a tidy, welcoming space for customers and staff.

Fully or part-time/casual opportunities are available, with a focus on early mornings to prepare the restaurant for trade.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required.
• Police check required if 18+.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal and external restaurant environment for a clean, welcoming space.
• Keep equipment well maintained and ensure a safe restaurant environment.
• Maintain the restaurant carpark, patio, exterior areas, and cleanliness of bins, gardens, signage, floors, tables and chairs.
• Organise and clean the back area, rubbish area and staff toilets.
• Comply with safety and security standards at all times.
• Complete ad hoc maintenance tasks as requested by management.
