Job summary

McDonald’s Australia is seeking a maintenance team member to keep the restaurant clean, safe and ready for trade. You will maintain the interior and exterior areas, assist with everyday upkeep and support the restaurant team under the Restaurant Manager.

This role suits someone highly organized who can work autonomously, has a keen eye for detail and is available for early mornings. Prior experience is not required, and you’ll receive training on our standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the internal and external restaurant environment to provide a clean, functioning and welcoming environment for Customers and the restaurant team.
• Maintain equipment to ensure it is well functioning and the restaurant environment is safe and secure from potential hazards.
• Maintain the restaurant carpark, patio and all exterior equipment including, but not limited to the bins, gardens, curbs, signage, floors, tables and chairs.
• Organise and clean the back area of the restaurant including the rubbish area and staff toilets.
• Comply with restaurant safety and security standards for a safe working environment.
• Complete ad hoc maintenance tasks when requested by the Management team.
