Job summary

McDonald’s Australia is seeking a detail‑driven Maintenance team member to keep interior and exterior areas clean and ready for trade, reporting to the Restaurant Manager and working with autonomy. The role focuses on keeping the restaurant environment clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff.

The role is usually full‑time, with options for part‑time or casual shifts, including early mornings. A Police Check may be required for applicants over 18, and you must have the right to work in

Responsibilities

• Maintain the internal and external restaurant environment to provide a clean, functioning and welcoming environment for Customers and the restaurant team.
• Maintain equipment to ensure it is well functioning and the restaurant environment is safe and secure from potential hazards.
• Maintain the restaurant carpark, patio and all exterior equipment including, but not limited to the bins, gardens, curbs, signage, floors, tables and chairs.
• Organise and clean the back area of the restaurant including the rubbish area and staff toilets.
• Comply with restaurant safety and security standards for a safe working environment.
• Complete ad hoc maintenance tasks when requested by the Management team.
