Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is hosting an Open Day for Casual Educator roles at the Morningside centre in Brisbane. This event invites prospective educators to explore casual, part-time and full-time opportunities, with a focus on flexible hours and varying shifts to suit personal needs.

Attend on Friday 23rd October 2026 between 12.00pm - 2.00pm to learn about the education program, safety standards and career pathways at Goodstart.

Qualifications

• Must hold ACECQA approved early childhood qualification or equivalent.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel between local services and flexible availability Monday–Friday 6:30am–6:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
