Tiny Legends Day Care Centre is seeking a warm and dedicated Early Childhood Educator. Traineeships are available, with study time of 3 hours per fortnight paid off the floor, and a pathway to Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

The role supports children’s learning in a nurturing, team-based setting, with paid PD, regular staff meetings and opportunities for progression within the Centre.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III or Diploma in ECEC required or willingness to commence studies.
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or eligible to obtain one.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training or willingness to obtain.

• A full-time, non-contact Assistant Director/Educational Leader who helps foster a collaborative and supportive work culture, providing guidance, mentoring and support to educators as they develop their skills and confidence.
• Study and traineeship opportunities for individuals looking to gain their qualifications and begin a career in early childhood education with 3hrs paid per fortnight to study off the floor.

What we're looking for

• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their learning and development.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a willingness to commence studies. Traineeship opportunities are available for the right applicant!
• Good communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• An interest in child development and creating meaningful, age-appropriate learning experiences.
• A willingness to work as part of a team, ask questions, accept feedback and learn from experienced colleagues.
• A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, or a willingness to obtain the required qualifications.
