Little Miracles is looking for passionate and experienced Child Care Educators to join our community. We value our educators and provide training and support in areas including professional and personal development, as well as wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma trained Educator or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working as an educator in childcare.
• Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and flexibility to adapt to changing needs of children.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates.
• Working with Children Check.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that foster children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
• Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of each child.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Actively participate in team meetings, training and professional development.
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the childcare centre.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for
