Mini Masterminds Merrylands (77-place centre) in Sydney's NSW is seeking a passionate Full-Time Certificate III Trainee Educator. You will learn on the job while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, supported by an experienced team.

You will assist in creating play-based learning experiences, support children's routines, build relationships with children and families, and participate in observations and documentation.

We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Full-Time Certificate III Trainee Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Merrylands (77-place centre).

About the Role

As a Certificate III Trainee Educator, you will work alongside experienced educators while completing your Certificate III qualification.

You will gain practical, hands-on experience across the centre, develop your knowledge of early childhood education and care, and build meaningful relationships with children, families and your team.

• Current or willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Current or willingness to complete Child Protection training
• No previous early childhood experience is required - we will support you throughout your traineeship.
