Job summary

The Grove Academy is seeking an Educator to join our team at our NSW campuses. You will create a fun, nurturing environment where children thrive and educators feel supported, delivering engaging early learning experiences and implementing programs aligned with EYLF.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, supervise activities to ensure safety, observe development, and contribute to a culture of care, collaboration and continuous improvement across our centres.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to quality care and children’s learning.
• Foundations of Child Safety training completed or willing to complete.
• WWCC required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, milestone-aligned learning experiences.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and your team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Support children’s growth through observation and documentation.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration and fun.
• Ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of all children at all times.
• Actively supervise children and maintain awareness of environmental risks.
• Report any concerns or incidents in line with service policies.
