Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Early Childhood Educator or Teacher.
• Experience in educational leadership and mentoring.
• Ability to review and provide feedback on curriculum plans.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Lead Educators to provide guidance, support and collaboration.
• Review Lead Educators’ curriculum plans and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support educators in planning cycles.
• Identify professional development opportunities and growth areas.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
• Ensure educational experiences and environments support learning and development.
• Provide resources and strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Model positive and inclusive behaviours and foster a collaborative culture.
• Encourage reflective practice and professional conversations for ongoing improvement across the service.
