Job summary

NKA Academy in South Wentworthville, NSW is seeking an experienced Educational Leader (Diploma holder) to guide and support our early childhood educators in delivering high‑quality educational programs.

This part‑time role focuses on developing, implementing and evaluating the centre's program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework, coaching staff, collaborating with the team and families, and ensuring regulatory documentation is maintained.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience as an Educational Leader or similar pedagogical role.
• Excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families and the team.
• Ability to lead, mentor and inspire a team of educators.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate the centre's educational program in line with EYLF.
• Coach and mentor educators to improve teaching practices and support learning.
• Collaborate with the team for cohesive curriculum planning and delivery.
• Liaise with families to understand needs and incorporate input into the program.
• Maintain records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for professional development and support team training.
