Your Role Early Childhood Educator (diploma or working towards) or Certificate III

• Implement engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through nurturing interactions.
• Collaborate closely with our ECT and other educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Participate actively in program planning, observations, and documentation of children's progress.
• Foster positive relationships with families, providing regular feedback and ensuring effective communication.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities provided by the centre.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• An ACECQA-approved qualification or evidence of progress toward completion.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• A collaborative, positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
