Job summary

Brisbane City Council is seeking an Internal Only Elearning Development Specialist to design, develop and deliver engaging online and blended learning solutions for staff across the organisation.

You will work with stakeholders to perform learning needs analysis, create modern content using Storyline or Captivate, and support LMS reporting and workshops. This is a temporary full-time role ending June 2027 with extension potential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering online and blended learning solutions.
• Ability to analyse learning needs and translate into effective programs.
• Proficiency with authoring tools and multimedia production.
