Job summary

Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking an eLearning Instructional Design Specialist to design, develop and deliver online learning for a diverse workforce. Collaborate with subject matter experts, transform content into engaging online experiences, and manage a portfolio of learning design projects.

You will evolve the Council's LMS, create assets from storyboard to publishing, ensure accessibility, and work across professional development, compliance, and digital capability.

Qualifications

• A minimum Certificate IV qualification in organisational learning and development, instructional design, learning sciences or related field.
