Job summary

John Holland Group is seeking an E-Docket Platform Coordinator to own the Virtual Superintendent (VS) platform, driving improvements in how project information is captured, managed and used across the business.

You will collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Delivery and subcontractors to resolve issues, enhance processes, train users and unlock value from systems and data, shaping efficient, data-driven project delivery on the Torrens to Darlington Alliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, administering or implementing digital systems in project environments.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting in Excel.
• Understanding of construction dockets, subcontractor administration, costing or financial processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the E-Docket platform and VS, including implementation and improvements.
• Resolve system issues with Finance, Commercial, Delivery, Subcontractors and IR to ensure smooth dockets and approvals.
• Manage subcontractor data to support costing, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Identify improvements to system functionality and workflows with IT and software providers.
• Provide training and ongoing support to drive user adoption.
• Analyse labour, plant and operational data to support performance decisions.
• Coordinate stakeholders and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Maintain documentation and processes and drive efficiency.
