Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty invites applications for a role coordinating the administration and enhancement of a digital construction-docket platform across project operations, commercial, finance and delivery teams.

You will implement platform solutions, provide user support, and improve workflows while ensuring accurate subcontractor data and cost reporting. Experience with construction environments and Power BI is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or implementing digital platforms, ideally in construction or a project environment.
• Technical aptitude, troubleshooting ability and understanding of connected business processes.
• Strong Excel, reporting and commercial or operational data skills.
• Understanding of dockets, claims, subcontractor administration or costing.
• Effective stakeholder coordination, organisation and attention to detail.
• Power BI or comparable project-platform experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities
