Job description

Job Description
The Project

The consortium of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has been selected to build South Australia's biggest-ever road infrastructure project. In partnership with the South Australian Government, this consortium forms the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance.

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, will deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, forming a continuous 78 km, non-stop, traffic light-free motorway, and contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

The T2D Project involves constructing two separate tunnels - the Southern Tunnels and the Northern Tunnels connected by an open motorway, with a combined total distance of 10.5km, open to traffic in 2031. The T2D project comprises the tunnels, surface works including road and bridge construction in addition to services buildings and complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure. The T2D Alliance is committed to providing opportunities for local people, Aboriginal workers, apprentices, trainees and job seekers who are long-term unemployed and offers people an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project.

The Role

We're looking for an E-Docket Platform Coordinator to take ownership of our e-docket platform, Virtual Superintendent (VS), and play a key role in improving how we capture, manage and use project information across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, operations, commercial and project delivery. You'll be the go-to person for the platform, working with Finance, Commercial, Delivery, Subcontractors and other key stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, support users and unlock greater value from our systems and data.

You’ll have genuine scope to influence how the platform is used, drive improvements and help create more efficient and effective ways of working.

Responsibilities
  • Own and coordinate the E-Docket platform and Virtual Superintendent (VS), supporting implementation, administration and ongoing system improvements.
  • Resolve system and workflow issues, working with Finance, Commercial, Delivery, Subcontractors and IR to ensure dockets and approvals run smoothly.
  • Manage subcontractor parameters and system data to support accurate costing, reporting and financial reconciliation.
  • Identify and implement improvements to system functionality, workflows and processes in partnership with IT and software providers.
  • Drive user adoption by providing training, guidance and ongoing support to users across the business.
  • Analyse and report on data including labour, plant and operational information to support project performance and decision-making.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and system requirements, ensuring business needs are understood and translated into practical solutions.
  • Maintain documentation and processes, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and ways of working.
About You
  • Experience supporting, administering or implementing digital systems or platforms, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering or a project environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems, troubleshoot issues and understand how different processes connect.
  • Experience working with commercial, operational or project data, with strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of construction dockets, subcontractor administration, claims, costing or financial processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work across multiple teams and levels.
  • Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a genuine interest in improving systems and processes.
  • Experience with Virtual Superintendent (VS), Power BI or similar construction/project platforms will be highly regarded.
