Job summary

Timepers is seeking a systems-driven E-commerce Order Administrator for a UK-based client near Maitland. The role involves identifying, troubleshooting and reporting issues across online orders, platform glitches and customer queries, with strong IT terminology knowledge. Office-based with UK hours (SAST).

Responsibilities include managing orders in-house, resolving consignments issues, updating product data and pricing, and producing detailed reports for the Customer Service team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ e-commerce order and system administration experience
• Proven experience resolving and escalating system discrepancies
• Logistics/freight experience, including couriers, warehouses and logistics portals
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Experience with product and catalogue data
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong understanding of technical and IT terminology
• AI proficiency
• Proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Manage, amend and cancel orders on the in-house system
• Resolve issues relating to consignments, customer information, surcharges and stock
• Identify, investigate and report system faults and recurring issues
• Escalate technical issues to developers with clear supporting information
• Write detailed reports for the Customer Service team
• Manage product and catalogue data, including pack sizes, units and variants
• Update pricing across multiple storefronts and websites
• Publish prepared content across multiple websites
• Reconcile warehouse portal data with the in-house system
• Ensure online stock and pricing remain accurate
