Job summary

DELSEY is seeking an E-Commerce Business Lead Australia to own and scale our digital business across Amazon Australia, eShop, and retail partners. Based in Australia, you will report to Paris HQ and the Australia subsidiary, executing daily and driving measurable results.

You will drive catalogue, pricing, content, and paid/organic search, CRM, and social media, collaborating with HQ teams and leveraging AI to boost traffic and conversions. Monthly reporting to leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce with a merchant mindset (assortment, pricing, promotion, traffic, conversion).
• Strong hands-on Amazon expertise (Seller Central, FBA, Amazon Advertising).
• Experience with eShop acquisition: Google paid search, SEO, CRM.
• Experience with retail partners and their online channels.
• Good understanding of social media and brand building.
• Resourceful, autonomous and execution-focused; comfortable working with HQ support.
• Daily use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Structure and scale the Amazon Australia business: catalogue, listings/content, pricing, advertising, inventory and FBA; work with Paris HQ.
• Define local assortment for eShop with HQ; drive traffic and sales via paid/organic search and CRM; coordinate with Paris HQ.
• Grow online sales for existing retail partners: content, ratings/reviews, retail media, visibility and sell-out.
• Activate DELSEY's brand locally via content, creators and social commerce; collaborate with Global Social Media Manager in Paris.
• Use AI daily for content, analysis and productivity enhancements.
• Report monthly to the GM Australia and Global CDO on sales, actions and trade-offs.
