Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to support digital commerce activities across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll drive e-merchandising, performance marketing, and content operations to enhance product discovery and online sales.

You will collaborate with local, regional, and global teams, manage product grids, campaigns, and content updates, and analyze performance to inform optimization. This is a full-time role in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ecommerce, website operations, content execution, or digital commerce activities.
• Experience with Google Ads and affiliate platforms.
• Experience with content management systems and authoring tools such as Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience with e-merchandising, product grids and on-site discovery improvements.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Trello or similar tools.
• Knowledge of omnichannel customer journeys and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage product grids and category pages to improve discovery and conversion.
• Apply sorting strategies by newness, best sellers, seasonality and gifting.
• Maintain category hygiene and ensure accurate product placement and labeling.
• Coordinate badges like New, Best Seller and Limited.
• Reflect campaign priorities and stock levels on site with internal teams.
• Track product/category performance including views, add-to-carts and conversions.
• Review traffic and campaign performance across Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Manage search and social advertising accounts and budgets.
• Coordinate local EDM and SMS campaigns for AU/NZ.
