Job summary

CareCone Group in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to support Dynatrace and the ELK stack, troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal performance. You will monitor system reliability and implement improvements as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document processes and best practices, assist in deployment and configuration of monitoring tools, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dynatrace as a monitoring and performance tool.
• Strong Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log management and analysis.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
