Infosys is seeking an Observability Admin in Sydney, Australia, to lead end-to-end Dynatrace implementations and provide L1–L3 support across Dynatrace services. This role requires strong RUM, SLO, and cloud experience, along with ITIL process knowledge and Dynatrace certifications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setup, handling customer requirements, configuring detection rules, and engaging with Dynatrace support and ITSM integrations to ensure optimal

Qualifications

• End-to-end Dynatrace implementation knowledge.
• PoC experience in at least one Dynatrace project.
• L1/L2/L3 support in Dynatrace activities.
• Strong knowledge in at least one cloud platform.
• Configure process and service detection rules in Dynatrace.
• Experience with RUM, SLOs and performance metrics.
• Adapt configurations based on customer requirements.
• Ability to map problems from customer explanations.
• Certificated in Dynatrace Admin/Professional.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Dynatrace services and functionalities.
• Problem solving within deadlines; minimal customer impact.
• Raising and following up support tickets with Dynatrace.
• Deliver customer requirements effectively.
• Explain how APM benefits customer workflows.
• Excellent communication; team player.
• Understanding downtime impact on applications.
• Dynatrace integrations to ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of Synthetic Monitoring concepts.
• Experience in application performance analysis.
• Strong ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change).
