Job summary

The HR Ally is seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 CRM & Finance & Operations (FinOps) to work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to analyse business requirements, map processes, and define functional solutions aligned with Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience as a Functional Business Analyst, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Strong practical understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations (FinOps).
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration, data structures, integrations, and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience documenting user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
