Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day D365 Field Service support across client environments.
• Analyse issues and translate into support actions, configuration updates or remediation activities.
• Prepare technical design documentation, runbooks, and release validation activities.
• Develop low-to-medium complexity configurations and integrations within supported solutions.
• Create knowledge articles and guides for clients and internal teams.
