Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service or similar enterprise apps.
- Experience with live client environments, issue resolution and release support.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps and Power Platform components.
- Familiarity with governance, SLA commitments and change control processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day D365 Field Service support across client environments.
- Analyze issues and translate into corrective actions and configuration changes.
- Develop and maintain low-to-medium complexity configurations and automations.
- Create technical specs, runbooks and knowledge articles for clients and teams.
