EY is seeking a Manager – Dynamics 365 CRM Support Engineer in Adelaide, Australia. You will support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, work across a high-profile program, and collaborate with talented technologists to drive delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) and related Microsoft technologies.
• Understanding of integration with other technical solutions and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests promptly according to agreed delivery timelines and monitor all channels (Email, ITSM tickets, phone).
• Maintain accurate documentation, including technical processes and support materials for client platforms.
• Assist Service Delivery Manager with operational reporting, issue escalation, and preparation for client meetings.
• Manage incidents effectively, including investigations to prevent recurrence and on-call duties (up to 2 weeks/month).
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and pitch decks for prospective clients.
