Job summary

Cuscal Limited is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform specialist to manage and optimize our enterprise ecosystem in Sydney. You will support ongoing operations, implement low-code solutions, and collaborate with business stakeholders to improve workflows and data integrity.

Responsibilities include managing user roles, troubleshooting, and driving CI/CD aligned deployments. You will work across development, testing and production environments, ensuring documentation and best practices

Qualifications

Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE across modules (Sales, Service, etc.).
Proficient in Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitHub or similar.
Strong data/import/export knowledge and system integration capabilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and support Dynamics 365 CE environment, including user access and security roles.
Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 CE issues and act as primary contact for support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows.
Develop automated processes with Power Automate and build low-code/no-code apps with Power Apps.
Support projects from requirements to implementation and testing (UAT).
Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other business systems and third-party apps.
Create and maintain test scripts and assist in UAT and smoke testing.
