Cuscal Limited is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform specialist to manage and optimize our enterprise ecosystem in Sydney. You will support ongoing operations, implement low-code solutions, and collaborate with business stakeholders to improve workflows and data integrity.

Responsibilities include managing user roles, troubleshooting, and driving CI/CD aligned deployments. You will work across development, testing and production environments, ensuring documentation and best practices

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE across modules (Sales, Service, etc.).
• Proficient in Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitHub or similar.
• Strong data/import/export knowledge and system integration capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support Dynamics 365 CE environment, including user access and security roles.
• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 CE issues and act as primary contact for support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows.
• Develop automated processes with Power Automate and build low-code/no-code apps with Power Apps.
• Support projects from requirements to implementation and testing (UAT).
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other business systems and third-party apps.
• Create and maintain test scripts and assist in UAT and smoke testing.

Job Description

What you'll be doing

You’ll be responsible for the ongoing management, support and improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform ecosystem. This will include:

• Managing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CE including user access, security roles and permissions


• Acting as a key point of contact for Dynamics 365 CE support and troubleshooting


• Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and workflows


• Developing automated workflows across areas such as lead management, sales pipelines and customer service


• Supporting Dynamics 365 CE projects from requirements gathering and solution development through to implementation


• Integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other business systems and third‑party applications


• Developing test scripts and supporting UAT and smoke testing with end users


• Building and enhancing low‑code/no‑code solutions using Power Apps, including canvas and model‑driven apps


• Creating automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate


• Managing Power Platform solutions across development, testing and production environments


• Maintaining documentation for system configurations, workflows and processes


• Monitoring platform performance and supporting continuous improvement across the environment.

Qualifications

About you

You’ll bring solid hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and be comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights Journeys


• Experience with CICD using Github or Git


• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CE data imports, exports, data integrity and migration


• Experience integrating Dynamics CE with third‑party systems


• Experience training and supporting end users across Dynamics CE and Power Platform


• Strong skills building low‑code/no‑code applications using Power Apps


• Experience designing automated workflows and business processes within Dynamics CE and Power Automate


• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail


• Experience with business rules analysis, user stories and acceptance criteria
