Job summary

Cuscal is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE specialist to manage access, security roles and integrations across the ERP and CRM landscape. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into reliable solutions.

You’ll develop automated workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate, support UAT, and help drive CI/CD pipelines using Github. Experience with data imports, migrations and third‑party integrations is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and customization.
• Experience developing with JavaScript and C# and REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub or Git.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CE data imports, exports, data integrity and migration.
• Experience integrating Dynamics CE with third‑party systems.
• Experience training and supporting end users.
• Strong skills building low-code/no-code applications using Power Apps.
• Experience designing automated workflows and business processes within Dynamics CE and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Creating automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
• Managing Power Platform solutions across development, testing and production environments.
• Maintaining documentation for system configurations, workflows and processes.
• Monitoring platform performance and driving continuous improvement.

About you

You'll bring solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and be comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights Journeys
• Development experience with JavaScript and C#, and REST API/WebAPI
• Experience with CICD using Github or Git
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CE data imports, exports, data integrity and migration
• Experience integrating Dynamics CE with third-party systems
• Experience training and supporting end users across Dynamics CE and Power Platform
• Strong skills building low-code/no-code applications using Power Apps
• Experience designing automated workflows and business processes within Dynamics CE and Power Automate
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with business rules analysis, user stories and acceptance criteria
