Job summary

Cuscal is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE specialist to manage access, security roles and integrations across the ERP and CRM landscape. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into reliable solutions.

You’ll develop automated workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate, support UAT, and help drive CI/CD pipelines using Github. Experience with data imports, migrations and third‑party integrations is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and customization.
• Experience developing with JavaScript and C# and REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub or Git.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CE data imports, exports, data integrity and migration.
• Experience integrating Dynamics CE with third‑party systems.
• Experience training and supporting end users.
• Strong skills building low-code/no-code applications using Power Apps.
• Experience designing automated workflows and business processes within Dynamics CE and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CE including user access, security roles and permissions.
• Acting as a key point of contact for Dynamics 365 CE support and troubleshooting.
• Understanding business requirements and identifying opportunities to improve systems and workflows.
• Developing automated workflows across lead management, sales pipelines and customer service.
• Supporting Dynamics 365 CE projects from requirements through to implementation.
• Integrating Dynamics CE with other business systems and third‑party apps.
• Developing test scripts and supporting UAT and smoke testing with end users.
• Building and enhancing low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven).
• Creating automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
• Managing Power Platform solutions across development, testing and production environments.
• Maintaining documentation for system configurations, workflows and processes.
• Monitoring platform performance and driving continuous improvement.
