Job summary

National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) is seeking a hands-on Technical Business Analyst to enhance Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse and Power Platform across national and state operations. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, drive improvements, and work with developers and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

You’ll lead discovery through delivery, own testing, data validation and handover, building robust documentation and contributing to enterprise

Qualifications

Four+ years of experience in business analysis or systems improvement.
Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
Hands-on configuring and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse; creating Power Automate flows.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops from discovery to delivery.
Analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
Configure and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse and Power Platform; implement business rules and flows.
Investigate data, integration, and automation issues; coordinate specialist assistance.
Develop Power BI reports and dashboards; reconcile data with Excel/SQL.
Define integration requirements and data mappings; work with developers and vendors.
Maintain process maps, system docs, and enterprise architecture artifacts.
Coordinate testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
