GWA Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 Power Platform Specialist to shape and optimise our CRM platform across the business. You will work with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Azure DevOps to deliver practical, scalable solutions that drive efficiency and customer focus.

You’ll partner with Customer Service, Sales and Marketing to understand needs, translate them into technical design, and own delivery from concept to go-live, while collaborating with IT and external partners on AI and automation

Formación

• Hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience.
• Good understanding of Power Platform Administration.
• Comfortable talking with business users to understand their requirements and turn them into practical solutions.

• Lead solutions that improve how the business operates.
