Job summary

Dental United Group is seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Service & Repairs Coordinator to join our Newcastle team. No dental industry experience is required; we value strong customer service, a great phone manner, and the ability to juggle multiple jobs while bringing everything together.

You’ll be the central point of contact for repair and breakdown jobs, coordinating with customers and technicians to get equipment back up and running quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling or customer service is preferred.
• Fast-paced environment experience such as trades or field service is a plus.
• Strong phone manner and problem-solving attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair requests with customers and technicians.
• Schedule field technicians and workshop repairs.
• Keep customers updated on job progress.
• Organise parts and ensure technicians have what they need.
• Prepare and follow up quotes.
• Coordinate warranties and third-party repairs.
• Move jobs through system from booking to invoicing.
• Collaborate with technicians and support team.
• Solve priority conflicts and urgent breakdowns.
