Job summary

Dental United Group - Newcastle is seeking a proactive Support/Repairs Coordinator to own reactive repairs and breakdowns, coordinating each job from enquiry through to completion and invoicing.

You'll work with customers, field technicians and the workshop team to assign the right technician, secure parts, and keep jobs moving. Previous dental-industry experience is a plus, but not essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy service environment.
• Experience with scheduling and coordinating field-based technicians is a plus.
• Familiarity with job management software (SimPRO or similar) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive repairs and breakdowns from booking to invoicing.
• Schedule technicians and manage workshop workloads.
• Liaise with customers and keep them updated throughout repairs.
• Prepare, price and follow up quotes.
• Coordinate parts and procurement for repair jobs.
• Manage warranty enquiries, claims and documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and third-party repairs.
• Follow up outstanding job information and ensure invoicing readiness.
• Support technician scheduling and progress of jobs.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide high level of service.
