Job summary

Dental United Group seeks a highly organized Support/Repairs Coordinator to keep our busy repairs department on track in Newcastle. You will coordinate breakdowns, schedule technicians, organise parts and keep customers updated from booking through to completion.

No specialist dental background is required, though dental experience is an advantage; SimPRO experience helps, but full training will be provided to get you up to speed.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating breakdowns, scheduling technicians and managing parts.
• Customer-focused, able to keep stakeholders updated throughout a job lifecycle.
