The ideal candidate is patient-focused, well presented, and comfortable in a busy environment. Prior dental reception or general medical reception experience is valued, with full training provided for the right person.

Qualifications

• Front desk reception experience or medical/dental reception experience preferred.
• Candidates with general reception experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk reception duties and patient check-in/out.
• Provide excellent patient service and clear communication.
• Support the dental team and manage scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Receive training for dental assisting as needed.

We are looking for a reliable, friendly and motivated Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent patient service and being part of a supportive clinical team.

The position will mainly involve front desk reception to start with and training in dental assisting in the future.
