Qualifications

• Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Qualifications in Science Education or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to teach Science across Years 7-10 and capacity to teach VCE Science subjects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver science programs aligned with Victorian Curriculum and VCE Study Designs.
• Teach Science across Years 7-10 with inquiry-based teaching practices.
• Differentiate learning programs for diverse learners.
• Use assessment and data to inform planning and improve student outcomes.
• Teach VCE Science subjects when required; support SACs and exams.
• Contribute to professional learning and school improvement initiatives.
