Qualifications

• VIT registration in Victoria and eligibility to teach science.
• Experience teaching across Years 7-10 in secondary school.
• Ability to teach one or more VCE science subjects is preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality science programs aligned with curriculum.
• Teach Science across Years 7-10 with inquiry-based practices.
• Differentiate learning to meet diverse learner needs.
• Use assessment data to inform planning and student outcomes.
• Integrate literacy, numeracy and critical thinking into science teaching.
• Teach VCE Science subjects where required and support SACs, exams.
