Job summary

Red Cliffs Secondary College in Mildura region is seeking classroom teachers to deliver planned programs to diverse learners. Roles include teaching groups and individual students, contributing to curriculum development and participating in school events and parent meetings.

Positions operate within two salary ranges; candidates are expected to uphold departmental values, engage in professional learning and provide high-quality teaching across year levels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including literacy and numeracy integration.
• Experience in planning high impact teaching strategies and evaluating learner growth.
• Experience using data to inform teaching and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, parents and staff.
• Commitment to professional learning and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups of students and individuals.
• Contribute to development, implementation and evaluation of a curriculum area.
• Undertake other teaching-related and organisational duties as directed.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Undertake other supervisory duties as required.
