Job summary

MASPRO is seeking a highly organised Sales Support & Customer Service Coordinator based in Kewdale, WA. This hands-on role centers on day-to-day sales operations, handling enquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery updates while collaborating with Sales, Warehousing and Production to keep information flowing and orders moving from enquiry to delivery.

You will be proactive, detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities, with strong data entry and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and accuracy
• Experience in sales administration or customer service coordination
• Ability to manage enquiries, quotations and orders efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive in resolving customer and operational issues
• Comfort with Excel and MS Office
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Process customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage and monitor the shared Sales inbox, ensuring customer requests and outstanding actions are followed up
• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to dispatch
• Provide customers with accurate updates regarding ETAs, order status, delivery timeframes and product availability
• Assist with returns, warranties, RMAs, replacement orders and other customer requests
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, order and sales information within company systems
• Prepare invoices and associated sales documentation as required
• Liaise with Sales, Warehousing, Inventory, Production and Logistics to resolve issues and meet customer commitments
• Monitor backorders, freight requirements and shipment issues
• Prepare regular weekly and monthly sales reports and assist with forecasting activities.
