Job summary

TAB is seeking a proactive administrator to support the retail and oncourse network from our Darwin office. You will coordinate venue applications, manage communications with venues, agents and stakeholders, and help keep reports and meetings organized.

Based in Darwin, you will report to the Melbourne Retail Operations Compliance Manager and play a key role in planning, travel logistics and process improvements that keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination or business support roles.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and use initiative.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new venue applications, approvals and opening processes.
• Manage communications across venues, agents and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, meeting agendas, minutes and documentation.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and meeting logistics when required.
• Support retail and oncourse leaders.
• Identify process improvements that streamline team operations.
