Job summary

Aussie Venue Co is seeking enthusiastic Duty Managers to join our Darwin venues, offering casual opportunities across multiple sites. Lead day-to-day operations, coach front-of-house teams and drive guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

We value strong leadership, customer service, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late-night closes. Prior experience in gaming or high-volume bars is advantageous; NT RSA certification is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership role.
• At least 1-2 years' hospitality experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
• Strong bar and customer service experience with the confidence to lead busy service periods.
• Experience in late-night venues, gaming operations or high-volume bars will be highly regarded.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and the drive to build a long-term career.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and late-night closes (where required).
• Current NT RSA certificate.
• Current NT Gaming Machine Licence is highly regarded (or willingness to obtain).

What You'll Be Doing
