Job summary

Complete Colour Printing is seeking a hands-on Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to join its print and production environment in Cheltenham/Geelong. The role focuses on coordinating internal drivers, freight bookings, and finishing goods ready for dispatch, while maintaining organised records and effective communication with production, suppliers, and customers.

The successful candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics/dispatch within a production environment is preferred.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal delivery drivers and daily delivery schedules.
• Book and manage interstate freight and transport requirements.
• Prepare, check and organise finished goods for dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate packing and distribution of POS materials and printed products.
• Receive, check and receipt incoming goods into the system.
• Ensure all goods are labelled, packed and ready for transport.
• Monitor delivery deadlines and resolve logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery and production information.
• Communicate with production, suppliers, transport companies and customers.
