Job summary

Motion Australia is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Administrator for our South Dandenong facility. You will support order coordination, dispatch activities, and inbound goods processing, working closely with warehouse, couriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, administration, or warehouse roles, with strong attention to detail and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, or warehouse support.
• Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and basic numerical skills.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and enter data accurately into internal systems.
• Assist with coordinating dispatch and booking freight with couriers.
• Support picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment when required.
• Check and receipting inbound goods into the system.
• Allocate and update inventory records.
• Provide phone and email support to customers and internal teams.
• Assist the sales team with general administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
