Palfinger Australia, the Australian distributor for Palfinger lifting solutions, is seeking an After-Sales Representative at our Wacol site. You will manage spare parts orders and warranty enquiries, building strong relationships with Service Partners and End Users while delivering high-quality service.

Gain product knowledge through training and collaborate with Palfinger and Sime Motors teams across Australia to support customers with efficiency and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in after-sales or spare parts support.
• Excellent communication with customers and partners.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn product range and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Service Partners, End Users and internal teams.
• Assist with spare parts orders and warranty enquiries.
• Learn Palfinger systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Advise and upsell Spare Parts for Palfinger equipment.
