Job summary

Transport Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an Aftersales Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering expert support beyond spare parts.

You will respond to enquiries, advise on part availability and pricing, coordinate with service, warehouse and technical teams, process orders and claims, and uphold outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or parts advisory role, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Greentree) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.
• Provide accurate information on spare parts availability, pricing, and lead times.

About the Role
