Job summary

Transport Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an Aftersales Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering expert support beyond spare parts.

You will respond to enquiries by phone, email or in person, provide pricing and lead times, coordinate with service, warehouse and technical teams, and process orders in line with company policies. This is a permanent full-time role with on-the-job training and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or parts advisory role, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Greentree) and Microsoft Office Suite.
