Job summary

Bakers Delight invites two Duty Supervisors to join a remote North-West Australian community store, offering a unique couple opportunity to work together. You will supervise daily store operations, assist in customer service, stock, and the takeaway kitchen, with full training provided.

The roles are full-time, averaging 38 hours per week, with a heavily subsidised, fully furnished house and a chance to grow into store management, including acting Store Manager on weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote community/retail stores or roadhouses preferred.
• Experience in remote locations preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible, positive attitude, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Current forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one.
• Current National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
• Commitment to stay a minimum of 12 months.
• Full Australian working rights for the duration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations including customer service and cashier duties.
• Open and close the store.
• Maintain stock and manage stock ordering.
• Merchandise the store and supervise staff.
• Assist in takeaway kitchen as required.
• Keep store and warehouse clean and organized.
