Hobby Lobby in a remote North-Western Australian community seeks two Duty Supervisors for a couple-friendly team. You’ll share responsibilities across customer service, cashiering, opening/closing, stock maintenance and supervision, with opportunities to step into weekend Acting Store Manager duties.

Hands-on training will cover all areas, and the role offers a clear career path within store management, plus a generous salary and subsidised housing to suit a couple.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in remote community stores or roadhouses preferred.
• Current forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Full Australian working rights for the duration of the role.
• Commitment to remain in role for at least 12 months.
• Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one before starting.

Aufgaben

• Assist with day-to-day store operations including customer service and cashier duties.
• Handle opening and closing procedures; maintain stock levels and merchandising.
• Manage stock ordering and supervise staff; assist in the takeaway kitchen as required.
• Ensure store and warehouse cleanliness and safety.
